About this event
A rich programme of religious, commemorative and cultural events honours the historic Naval Battle of Mykale in Pythagoreion.
Events begin at 08:00 with the Official Flag Raising.
At 10:30, the official Te Deum, followed at 11:00 by a memorial service and wreath-laying at the statue of Lycurgus Logothetis.
At 11:30, the dance ensemble of the Cultural Association of Pythagoreion «Lycurgus» performs traditional dances at Eirini Square.
At 20:00, Flag Lowering, and at 20:30 the grand cultural event «Meeting in Pythagoreion».
