On Friday, August 14, an Epitaphios procession will take place through the streets of Ano Vathy after the Divine Service for the Dormition of the Theotokos.
The procession will be accompanied by the “Vathyllos” Philharmonic Band.
Residents and visitors are asked to park their vehicles where they will not obstruct the procession and to avoid travelling through the village until the ceremony is over.
